ToDoを使いこなす
PalmにかかわらずPIMを構成する要素というものは
スケジュール管理
ToDo管理
アドレス管理
メモ管理
と言えると思います。
みなさんはこの４つの情報をどのように管理されていますか？
すてたんが思うに
スケジュールやアドレス、メモというのはあまり考えなくても
使えている感じがありますが、
ToDoというのがクセモノだと・・・
Webを見ていてもなかなかToDoを使いこなしています。
という方は少なくて、迷いながら使っている方が多いようです。
ちなみにPalmwereの紹介で総本山的な
Muchy Palmwere Review!さんで紹介されている置き換えソフトの数は
予定表が８４本、アドレスが５３本、ToDoが４２本、メモ帳が４４本と
ToDoの置き換えソフトが一番少ないのです。これは偶然なのでしょうか？
使うと便利、使いこなせれば最強な感じがするToDoですが、
みなさんはうまく使えてますか？
実は長らく、すてたんもToDoはうまく使えていないと感じていました(^^ゞ
しかし、今年に入ってかなり良い感じにToDoが使えている感が・・・
ということで、今日からビジネスに役立つToDoというテーマで
記事を書いていきたいと思います。
で、すてたんが使っているToDo関連ソフトですが
まず１つ目は、
KsToDoです。
（ダウンロードはえりえりさんのPalmwereLoveからどうぞ）
このKsToDoはToDoの置き換えソフトとしては
かなりシンプルですが、すてたん愛用のKsDatebookと連携して使えるのと
そのシンプルさが操作で迷わないというメリットを与えてくれます(^^)
そして２つ目は
ToDoTransfer(ToDo to Datebook)です。
（ダウンロードはPalmGearからどうぞ）
ちなみに両ソフトともフリーウェアです。
それでは、まずビジネスでToDoで管理するべき事とはというおはなし
すてたんが考えるToDoで管理するべきものとは・・・
予定表で管理できるもの以外全てです(^^ゞ
範囲がひろすぎますか？
しかし実際そうなんです。
では逆に予定表で管理するモノとは
原則として以下の条件に当てはまるモノです。
１．日及び開始時間が決定している事項でかつ自分が拘束される。
２．その予定の日時まで何らかの準備しなくても良い、もしくは準備が既にできている。
この２つの条件のいずれかに当てはまるモノは予定表で管理します。
たとえば、会議にも２つありますよね。
準備が必要な会議と参加するだけでよい会議(^^ゞ
（あるいはお客様との面談でも同じです）
参加するだけでよい会議は
日時が決定した時点で予定表に入力します。
これで、その会議に参加すれば、
この事項は管理できたことになります。
準備が必要な会議の場合
日時が決定した時点で予定表に入力します。
必要な準備についてToDoに入力します。
会議に準備が整った状態で参加すれば、
この事項は管理できたことになります。
おおむねビジネスに必要な事柄はこのように管理できます。
これを、カレンダーとメモ帳で管理する人もいれば、
システム手帳で管理する人もいれば、
すてたんのようにクリエで管理する者もいるということです。
では、クリエで管理するメリットはなにか
１、重要度と優先度を管理しやすい
２、進捗を管理しやすい
この２点が大きいですね。
ということで、次回は重要度と優先度を管理するというテーマで続きます(^^)

どうしても予定表とかぶっちゃう感じなんですよね。

Hi, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, awesome blog!
